Step1:Teamviewer Uninstall
(Uninstall ToolやTotalUninstall/Revo Uninstall等を使用した場合) ⇒Step5へ
(通常のコントロールパネル可)⇒ Step2へ

 

Step2:%temp% & %appdata%からTeamviewerのフォルダを削除

 

Step3:regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TeamViewer
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TeamViewer
上記2つをフォルダごと削除
※片側ない可能性有

 

Step4:Appdataを開き、RomingフォルダからTeamViewerフォルダを削除
(X:\Users\(Your username)\AppData\Roaming)

 

Step5:PCを再起動

 

Step6:MACアドレス変更を行うため、TMAC v6をDL&Install

 

Step7:MACアドレスを変更し、再起動

 

Step8:Teamviewer ReInstall

実行中のバージョンの Windows 8.1 上で DISM.exe の /StartComponentCleanup パラメーターと共に /ResetBase スイッチを使うと、コンポーネント ストアの各コンポーネントのすべての古いバージョンが削除される。

管理者特権のコマンド プロンプトで次のように入力。

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
